A 375-square-metre, two-storey house in Otepää, built by CLT Wood according to the client’s design, with high ceilings and a spacious layout.
Choosing cross laminated timber was a good choice for us in hindsight – a large part of the house shell with insulation could be built in the factory. This in turn meant that the construction of the house was not dependent on weather conditions. The CLT Buildings house has a pleasant indoor climate, is warm and environmentally friendly.
Communication with the team was correct, the men were articulate, specific and accommodating. Minor project changes were not a problem for them and the agreed scope was delivered on time. Good luck to them on future projects!Heikki
