A small and cosy house for a smaller family to live in or as a summer home. Thanks to the large windows and the double-sided terrace, the house is perfectly suited to a natural environment.
I originally chose CLT Buildings because I wanted a wooden house that was more compact but still spacious. In the end, the whole process went smoothly and was very convenient for me. A lot of the work and paperwork was done for me, but I was still able to be involved in every major decision. I am most grateful that my wishes were taken into account 100%. Even if a solution seemed more complicated, they found a sensible way to implement it. We also rented it for accommodation in Spitham in Läänemaa and so far all our guests have been very happy. Would definitely recommend CLT Buildings for building a new home!
