CLT Buildings was born in 2013 out of our strong commitment to building quality buildings in Estonia. Our ambition is to create homes that are in harmony with their surroundings, and that are great to live in now and in years to come. That’s why we choose all materials wisely and create solutions that are sustainable, environmentally friendly and of the highest quality.

The environment we live in is important to us – whether it’s in the city or in nature. As Estonians, we value natural materials and sustainable solutions that create peace of mind and a sense of well-being. Our houses are built from high quality and natural wood – we use both CLT cross-laminated timber and timber frame. CLT provides excellent structural strength, good indoor climate and energy efficiency, while timber frame allows for flexible and cost-effective solutions. Both materials are renewable and contribute to CO₂ sequestration, making our building sustainable.

Each of the houses we build is different and unique, but they all have one thing in common that makes a home a home – it’s a place where you feel good and want to come back to. High ceilings and large windows create light, space and air in our homes, so there’s room for the whole family in comfort.
